Tabbed wellness certificates for employee paychecks.

Advise your corporate contact that you will make available "wellness coupons" to include in employee paychecks to encourage participation and demonstrate the high perceived value of the program. Employees should bring the certificate to the presentation and will use the coupon tab to enroll in the program.

Posters hang in high traffic areas.

A week or two before your presentation, hang the 11 x 17 posters in high traffic areas for employees. These areas can include: mailrooms, bathroom mirrors, fax and copy machine stations, and cafeterias.

Flyers can be handed to employees for additional program publicity.

Post up-to-the-minute Details on Wellness Display

On the day of the event, have the Dry Erase display propped on an easel near the entrance to the room location of the wellness presentation. Use the dry erase surface to rotate event details.

Helium Balloons

On the day of the event create even more excitement by inflating balloons with helium and hang all around presentation room and near promotional signage.
